The Isle of Skye's bountiful natural larder is of exceptional quality and inspires us daily.
The true provenance and freshness of the local ingredients we use is central to our 40 year culinary ethos and reflects our superb location. We have longstanding relationships with our trusted suppliers for the freshest quality produce on Skye.
Skye is unashamedly blessed with an abundance of local shellfish and seafood which is celebrated alongside fresh game and foraged produce. Indulge your senses with our specially designed five course or seven course set menu. A pescatarian or vegetarian menu are also available.

We kindly ask that guests share any allergies or specific dietary requirements when making a reservation. This helps our chefs prepare with care and ensure your experience is as enjoyable as possible.
Our menus are shaped by the exceptional seafood and shellfish found on Skye and the relationships we have built with local fishermen and crofters. While we can accommodate many dietary needs, there are some restrictions that we are unfortunately unable to accommodate.
We are unable to accommodate the following:
Dairy free
Vegan
Garlic, onion and allium allergies or intolerances
FODMAP diet
No alcohol in cooking
For guests with a shellfish or seafood allergy, we are able to offer a vegetarian menu that includes a meat or game main course.
We kindly ask that guests visit us with trust in our team and in the ingredients we work with. For this reason, we are unable to cater to personal dislikes.

The communal Kitchen Table experience can be booked for up to eight guests however we are unable to cater for any dietary requirements or offer substitutions
If your preferred date is fully booked, we recommend joining the waiting list and we will be in touch if a table becomes available.
