Please share allergies or specific dietary requirements when making your reservation. Our menus are shaped around the ingredients available to us on Skye, and some requirements cannot be accommodated.
We are unable to accommodate the following:
- Dairy-free menus
- Vegan menus
- Garlic, onion, and allium allergies or intolerances
- FODMAP diet
- No alcohol in cooking
- Personal dislikes
For guests with a shellfish or seafood allergy, we are able to offer a vegetarian menu that includes a meat or game main course. We kindly ask that guests visit us with trust in our team and in the ingredients we work with. For this reason, we are unable to cater to personal dislikes.
