Lunch on Skye brings a different kind of magic, softer light on Loch Dunvegan, quieter tides, and a slower rhythm that suits a leisurely lunch. At The Three Chimneys, this is when the island’s ingredients take centre stage in their purest form, guided by more than four decades of relationships with local fishermen, crofters, growers, and foragers.
The Isle of Skye's bountiful natural larder is of exceptional quality and inspires us daily. Skye is unashamedly blessed with an abundance of local shellfish and seafood which is celebrated alongside fresh game and foraged produce.
The true provenance and freshness of the local ingredients we use is central to our 40 year culinary ethos and reflects our superb location. We have longstanding relationships with our trusted suppliers for the freshest quality produce on Skye.
Perfectly located on the way to Neist Point and the Duirinish Peninsula. Dunvegan Castle and Coral Beach are also only a short drive away.
